Meet our new devs: Karol & Jan joined team iusta!
Two talented developers join iusta, bringing fresh energy, skills, and growth potential.
We’re excited to welcome two talented new developers to the iusta team: Karol Dzwonkowski and Jan Kwiatkowski! They bring fresh energy, new perspectives, and a passion for building great products. To help you get to know them a little better, we asked both of them the same three questions — and their answers gave us a glimpse into their mindset, experiences, and what drew them to iusta.
First Impressions Matter
Karol’s first day wasn’t your average onboarding.
“It was all about team building and getting to know my colleagues in a unique environment — we spent the day among the treetops and later enjoyed some time in nature. It was a great opportunity to meet inspiring people and start building strong connections from day one.”
Jan, too, had a memorable first day — even if a bit more grounded:
“The first day was amazing. I felt very welcomed by the team.”

Why iusta?
Karol was looking for a dynamic, hands-on environment.
“I chose iusta because I was looking for a smaller, dynamic company where I could gain hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of how IT businesses operate internally, while contributing to real projects and having a meaningful impact.”
Jan saw iusta as a place for growth.
“I chose iusta because I saw it as a place where I can grow as a developer in a really great atmosphere.”

What They Did Before
Karol joins us with a solid freelance background:
“Prior to joining iusta, I worked as a freelancer, delivering Web2 and Web3 solutions for various clients, which allowed me to build solid technical expertise and gain experience across different industries and technologies.”
Though we couldn’t uncover more details just yet, one thing is clear: he brings a strong technical foundation and entrepreneurial spirit.
Jan, meanwhile, is currently a student of Computer Science at Collegium Da Vinci in Poland. He joined us in May as a Fullstack Developer, and is already diving into projects with impressive drive and curiosity.
